## Paid-scope intake

To request a fixed-scope quote, send exactly one concrete artifact: endpoint URL, job_id, wallet-agent flow, redacted SPT/AP2-style mandate, MCP/A2A manifest, failed payout receipt.
Do not send generic interest; the next response will be the smallest paid scope and evidence checklist for that artifact.

## How to pay

1. Send the listed HTTP method to a paid endpoint WITHOUT payment headers.
2. Server returns HTTP 402 with payment-required details (amount, network, pay-to address, facilitator).
3. Construct an x402 payment payload (EIP-3009 USDC TransferWithAuthorization on Base).
4. Retry the request with the X-PAYMENT header containing the base64-encoded payment payload.
5. Server verifies via Coinbase CDP facilitator, settles on-chain, and returns the data with HTTP 200.
6. Count revenue only after a non-self payer and settled facilitator/on-chain evidence are present.
